David was in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has experience in both residential and commercial projects with actual hands on in all the trades. He has done many foreclosure inspections in the past.
David is a retired Deputy Chief from the Lakewood Fire Department.

What to expect
during an inspection.
We go through all accessible areas including the attics, crawlspaces, basements, garages and of course the living areas. We check the visible and serviceable systems of the home (Hvac systems, structure, roofs, water heaters, electrical, plumbing, garage doors and their electric openers).We remove the electric panel covers to inspect inside the panels, checking for deficiencies and corrosion on the inside of the panels. We check light switches, interior door, accessible windows and outlets. We check the faucets, tubs, showers and toilets.
Ultimately we inspect each home as if our family was purchasing it.
